1. Security System & Anti-Fraud Policy

Shri Shyam Jansewa Trust does not accept donations to any private, personal, or unauthorised bank account or personal UPI ID. All donations are accepted only through the Trust's authorised nationalised bank account and verified payment gateway (Razorpay/UPI).

2. What You Can Report (Reportable Incidents)

🚨 Fake Fundraiser Report

If you suspect the details, patient, or purpose of a campaign to be false or if forged documents appear to have been submitted.

💳 Unauthorised Payment Report

If a donation has been deducted from your card or bank account without your consent.

🏥 Beneficiary Fraud Report

If the assistance recipient has submitted a misleading income certificate, false medical bill, or incorrect address.

👤 Impersonation & Identity Abuse

If someone is posing as a Trust representative and soliciting donations or membership fees into a personal account.

4. Grievance Resolution Timeline

Acknowledgment: All received complaints are acknowledged by email/SMS within 24 hours.
Investigation & Resolution: After necessary documents and ground-level verification, final resolution of the grievance is ensured within a maximum of 15 working days.
Action on Serious Fraud Cases: Campaigns found prima facie to be fraudulent are immediately frozen within 2 hours.
